My personal journey has been one of navigating through life's ups and downs, including the devastating loss of our 22 year old son to a distracted driver, and I’m constantly seeking ways to heal and grow.

My journey to discover tools for healing and balance led me to specialize as a Positive Intelligence® coach. This mental fitness framework has transformed my approach to life’s challenges, and I’m excited to share these strategies to help you manage your business and personal life—including relationships, stress, health, and anxiety.

I also have a deep love for marketing and am passionate about showing up authentically. Since founding Classic Exec Marketing in 2009, I’ve been helping small business owners and now coaches clarify their next steps and create marketing plans that align with their values.
